Ben Raffety is the Owner of Anvil Solutions, a consulting firm serving Montana and the Western U.S. mining industry. With 15+ years of experience at Rio Tinto and Minerals Technologies, he has led mines through permitting, exploration, capital development, and operation, holding roles of escalating responsibility. Ben has extensive relationships with Montana DEQ and federal agencies serving Montana, promoting responsible and sustainable mining at all stages of the process.

Beyond his consulting work, Ben has made lasting contributions to the industry, serving five years as President of the Montana Mining Association and currently directing MMA’s critical minerals and rare earth extraction program.

Tory serves as Business Development Manager at Anvil Solutions, where she oversees business operations, client communications, and content development to support organizational growth. With more than a decade of experience in education, Tory brings exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a commitment to precision to every project.
